AcuraGold is a construction and contracting firm in Madinah, working almost entirely on branded hotels. Fourteen disciplines sit in-house, so one team carries a property from the first survey to the signed handover file — and one team is accountable when it matters.

Most hospitality projects fail in the gaps between trades. We removed the gaps.
We work where hospitality construction is hardest — inside properties that are still trading. A floor comes out of service, gets hoarded, refurbished and handed back, and the hotel keeps selling the rest of its keys the whole time. That constraint shapes everything: how we programme, how we phase, and how early we survey.
Because the trades are ours rather than a chain of subcontractors, the programme is ours too. When the electrical package meets the fire package meets the ceiling, there is nobody to hand the problem to and nobody to blame — which is the whole reason it gets coordinated before it reaches site instead of after.
We are based in Madinah and work across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from Radisson Hotel here in the city to Mercure Hotel Khamis Mushait in the south — see the hotel projects we have delivered.
