Mr. Hammad is responsible for the financial management of the organisation's construction projects, overseeing budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting from inception through completion. He maintains close oversight of project expenditure against approved budgets, manages contractor and supplier payments, and ensures compliance with financial controls at every stage. Working in close coordination with project and operational teams, he provides accurate, timely financial reporting that enables informed decision-making by ownership and management. His disciplined approach to financial governance supports the successful and financially sound delivery of each project.

We are delighted to welcome HASSAM UR RAHMAN to Accura Gold Construction Ltd as our ICT & Low Current Supervisor. Mr. Hassam is a highly experienced ICT and Low Current Systems Supervisor with 13 years of proven expertise delivering critical infrastructure across hospitality, government, and commercial projects. His technical command spans the complete lifecycle of low current systems, including CCTV surveillance, access control, time attendance systems, intercom networks, walkthrough gates, gate barriers, and PABX telephone exchanges, complemented by strong capability in IT room preparation, structured cabling, and rack management. His project portfolio reflects consistent delivery on high-profile assignments, including CCTV and walkthrough gate installation for the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment in Islamabad, and full-scope low current systems integration — spanning CCTV, intercom, office equipment management, IT room setup, and passive network infrastructure — for the landmark Clock Tower project in Makkah, KSA.
